Jason M. Wade, CPA

Jason M. Wade is a graduate of Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts degree emphasizing accounting and a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a Masters in Business Administration. Upon graduation in 2003, he joined Condon, Hecht, Bisher, Wade & Co., P.C. He currently serves as Vice-President.

Jason presently manages audit engagements for community foundations and not-for-profit organizations. He also manages audits of construction and manufacturing companies. In addition to auditing, Jason is involved in the compilation and review areas of manufacturing, construction contractors, and not-for-profit organizations. Jason prepares individual, corporate, and not-for-profit tax returns.

Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Jason maintains a minimum of forty hours annually of State and National CPA Society-sponsored seminars in auditing, not-for-profit organizations, and corporate and individual income taxation. 

Jason currently serves as Treasurer of the First Baptist Church of North Adams, where he has been a member since 1984. He has served as Director and Chairman of the Hillsdale County Community Foundation Board and he formerly served as Treasurer on the Hospice of Hillsdale County Board.
